Team project for Service Design
Spring 2015




We worked with UPMC Human Resources to create a digital tool to help UPMC recruiters and Hiring Managers work together to recruit passive candidates.


RESEARCH








As part of our research we conducted interviews with 6 individuals who either applied or worked for UPMC. We sent out an online survey to find determine general pain points of job seeking. We also put together a competitive analysis of similar companies and their career site
